Terms and conditions of sale:

* All invoices to be paid upon the purchase date.

* All parts remain the property of the vendor until the invoices are paid in full.

* All costs incurred in recovering the debt are at the customers’ expense.

RETURNS

* Faulty or damaged goods must be returned within three (3) working days of purchase.

(If The Goods Are Faulty from our side, We Will Meet Our Obligations Under the Consumer Guarantees Act – NZ)

* Freight remains at purchaser’s own cost.

* All electrical parts purchased, CANNOT be returned for refund or credit.

* Procured items & custom cuts cannot be returned for refund or credit.

* Parts supplied correctly & returned for a refund or credit will incur a 20% handling fee plus freight. This will cover the labour costs while dismantling the part for the customer (s).
